Terms of use
The short version: be 18 or over, be who you say you are, treat other members the way the house rules describe, and we will do the same by you.
These terms are being finalised before launch. The summary below describes the rules already in force for members in the current testing group; the full legal text replaces this page at launch, and members will be told before it does.
Who can use KinkLink
You must be 18 or over. Accounts found to belong to under-18s are removed and the content is not retained.
Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login details private, and for what is done through your account. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not use photographs of people who have not agreed to appear.
Behaviour
The house rules in trust & safety are part of these terms. Contact with minors, non-consensual sharing of images, threats, doxxing and pressuring someone after they have said no all end an account immediately and without a second chance.
Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to display it within the platform so the service can work. You can delete your content, and deleting your account removes your profile from the platform.
Payments and refunds
Paid features are optional, and the price and the billing period are shown before you buy. Payment is taken on a page hosted by our payment processor, so your card details never reach KinkLink and we do not store them.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. The paid features stay switched on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged after that.
If a charge is wrong — a duplicate, an accidental purchase, something that did not work — use the billing and refund request in the app, or write tohello@kinklink.ie with the date and the amount. A person reads every request. We do not publish a target response time yet; when we commit to one it will be written here rather than promised informally.
Your 14-day right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have 14 daysfrom the start of a membership to withdraw from it, for any reason or none. You do not need our agreement and you do not have to explain why. You cannot sign this right away, and we do not ask you to.
Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your membership running to the end of the period you have paid for. Withdrawing ends it immediately and we return the part you have not used, in proportion to the period you paid for — so if you withdraw a third of the way through a month, you keep the third you used and we refund the rest.
Withdraw from your account settings, or by telling us in any clear statement — an email tohello@kinklink.ie is enough. If you would rather use a form, there is amodel withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to.
We refund to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of being told.
After those 14 days the ordinary position above applies: cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the period you are in.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless doing so would compromise someone's safety.
